Actress, who played the protagonist Sam Carpenter, was removed from the franchise for pro-Palestinian comments

After the announcement that Melissa Barrera would have been fired from Scream 7 for comments about the war between Israel and Palestine, fans used social media to protest the decision and threatened to boycott the next chapter of the franchise slasher if the actress is not reinstated to the production’s cast.
