Christophe to get out of the florist business
In the early morning, Allen and Becker enjoy a bike ride to discuss Pavan’s case. The Commissioner then admits that it was not easy for Janet to understand that Father Silvio was a criminal. Allen understands this, especially since the priest does not have the profile of a serial killer at all.
Meanwhile, Cecile, Christophe and Achille are having breakfast with their family. A chance to discuss the activities they plan to do this weekend.
Later, Charles struggles to concentrate at work. On the brink, the young man confides in Christophe. So the latter reminds him that he has nothing to worry about and then urges him to take a few days to clear his mind. which he receives.
As the young man leaves, Kristoff takes his computer and deletes all of his victim’s files. He then puts all the florist’s things in a garbage bag, then takes a boat to the middle of the pond and throws them into the water.
At the police station, Manu searched Father Silvio’s past and found no link to all the victims. The only one who could be killed was Pedro Morel, because the priest was against Pinochet. However, Becker reminds him that they have no proof that Pedro Morelli was killed by a florist. According to him, not all crimes will be blamed on him.
At the end of the day, Hugo and Christophe meet to carry out Father Silvio’s eternal work. Obviously, the two friends quickly start arguing about the florist. Kristof then explains that he has a hard time imagining the cold-blooded killing of Father Silvio and fears that the police are on the wrong track. While Hugo confirms that they have strong suspicions, Christophe wonders if the killer didn’t leave any clues to blame him instead. Only Hugo doesn’t believe it. If that were the case, the florist would surely start killing again one day or another. Only then will they realize that they were wrong.
Elizabeth succumbs to the pressure
Although many workers at L. Cosmétiques are ready to strike, Boris will not participate in the movement. Indeed, the young man thinks this is a big mistake. Either the strike lasts for 24 hours just to mark the occasion, or they start a real standoff that will last one to two weeks. However, the Christmas period is fast approaching. This is where the company makes its biggest turnover. If they cannot deliver at that time, L. Cosmétiques may not recover. Therefore, Boris advises them to think carefully. While Karine reminds him that Elizabeth threatened to fire him, Boris replies that she won’t. According to him, he only said it out of anger. Disappointment for Karine and Enrique, who hoped to have the support of their new colleague.
Meanwhile, Berthier tries to convince Elizabeth to calm the situation by renewing negotiations. Unfortunately, the latter criticizes the accountant for giving up everything to please everyone.
Elizabeth then accompanies Boris to a meeting with the Ad’Occ company. At the end of the interview, Elisabeth congratulates her new employee on his job. The latter then explains to him that calling a strike could jeopardize their project. Indeed, social conflict can slow down an agency and damage their reputation. That is why he advises the business leader to take a step. Obviously, he perceives it badly and says that he did not wait until he was born to learn how to manage a business.
Back at L. Cosmétiques, Elizabeth offers Enrique a 2% raise starting January 1, 2024, then an additional 2% starting January 1, 2025. If he finds the proposal suitable, Enrique also wants to know what will happen to Carine. Realizing that she’s been a bit carried away, Elizabeth explains that she has absolutely no intention of letting him go. Elizabeth asks him to announce to Karine that she is on a permanent contract.
The staff at L. Cosmétiques later organize a drink to celebrate the agreement reached. For her part, Karine seems distant to Boris, and she later confides in her sister how fed up she is that people see her as a rich kid no matter what she says.
