Leo – from 8 years old
Leo, a bored 74-year-old lizard, has lived in a Florida classroom for decades with a terrarium friend, a turtle. Also, when he learns that he only has one year left, Leo decides to run away to discover life in freedom. But the anxious little schoolboys hold him back, especially dreading the arrival of a nasty substitute teacher. The list of things that an old lizard should do in the last year of its life turns out to be the strangest, but also the most rewarding…
What will you like…
- Atmosphere: If your children are currently in primary school, then they will find themselves in this colorful film that tells the daily life of the CM2 class. Among the good students, among the most confusing ones, among those who like to attract attention, or among the most shy ones, everything!
- Leo! With the exception of 2011’s Rango, it’s rare to see an animated film featuring a lizard. Especially the old lizard! Our hero is as funny as he is wise. As he tries to escape by any means possible and live an adventurous final year, he offers the younger students some good moral lessons.
- Music! Yes, Leo is a musical. Dear parents, rest assured: the songs are not enough to get them stuck in your head or your little one to sing them at the top of their lungs all day long.

What could be bothering them…
- A terrible fate. Yes, we’re talking about the one who’s a jerk who throws chalk at his students and who doesn’t make you want to go to school. If your child has already experienced this, it can be traumatic (relatively speaking).
- Leo’s Fate: Without going into details and spoiling anything for you, the green hero has an accident that can destroy several children. But rest assured, all’s well that ends well.
