Ingredients Apple cake, cinnamon and walnuts
– 2 units of Fuji apples
– 1/2 unit of lemon
– 3 units of eggs
– 1 cup(s) oil + a little to grease the pan
– 2 cups wheat flour + a little for dusting the pan
– 1 1/2 cups of sugar
– 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) of ground cinnamon
– 1 tablespoon(s) of chemical yeast
– 1/2 cup(s) of walnuts
– salt to taste (pinch)

PREPARATION:
- Separate the utensils and ingredients for the recipe.
- To make an entire recipe, like the one in the photo, adjust the quantities to 4 portions.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Sift the flour together with the cinnamon and pinch of salt into a bowl.
- Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- Wash the lemon and cut it.
- Wash and peel the apples. Reserve the shells for the dough.
- Cut the apples into cubes, put them in a bowl, squeeze the lemon over them and mix.
- Grease the pan with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle it with flour.
PREPARATION:
Apple, cinnamon and walnut cake:
- Place the apple peels with the eggs in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mass.
- Add the sugar and beat for another 1 minute.
- Add the oil and beat for another minute.
- Transfer the dough into a bowl.
- Gradually add the sifted flour with the cinnamon and salt, stirring to combine.
- Add the apple cubes and coarsely chopped walnuts to the mixture and mix so that they are evenly distributed.
- Finally add the yeast.
- Transfer it to the greased and dusted baking tray and place it in the preheated oven at 180°C.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
- To check if it is cooked, do the toothpick test: place the toothpick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, it is ready.
- Turn off the oven, remove the cake and shake it to see if it comes loose from the pan.
- Invert onto a plate or cutting board.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Invert the cake onto the platter or serving platter you will serve it on.
- Place the sugar in a strainer and distribute it over the cake.
