Don’t worry, Jason Statham didn’t become a beekeeper! The Beekeeper is the title of the new action film from David Ayer, who is responsible for Suicide Squad and Fury with Brad Pitt. The term here refers to a secret organization of elite soldiers.
Directed by Statham, the feature film tells the story of a former elite soldier’s revenge after the murder of a woman who hailed him for renovating the land and taking care of bees.

The British actor will play the lead role of Levon Cade, a repentant criminal working in construction. Statham will follow Tim Miller’s Grave role, in which he will play a British soldier who uses his skills in black magic to fight supernatural beings to make money, and will go on to Fast & Furious 11 and spin-off Hobbs & Shaw 2. .
