Flower Moon Assassins, Martin Scorsese’s film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro and Lily Gladstone, has finally arrived on digital platforms. The film was added on Tuesday (5) to the catalog of Apple, Prime Video, Google Play Store, YouTube and Claro TV+ for rental and purchase.
Success in cinemas Flower Moon Assassins It reached the $100 million mark at the global box office in November. The epic Western crime saga has already grossed an impressive $152.4 million worldwide, but has yet to reach $200 million in investment.
A favorite at the 2024 Oscars, the film is based on a true story and chronicles a series of brutal crimes against members of the Osage Indian tribe in 1920s Oklahoma, shortly after the discovery of oil on their lands. This era became known as the Reign of Terror.
Lasting three hours and twenty-six minutes, Flower Moon Assassins premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, and while it hasn’t yet matched its box office numbers, it’s off to a great start overseas, especially for a period feature with a long runtime and at a time when the cast isn’t could promote it due to the actors’ strike (recently ended).
