Shooting Super Noël didn’t seem as magical as the series suggests. Lead actor Tim Allen – also known as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story – has been accused of bad behavior by one of the show’s cast members, Casey Wilson.
The latter, seen on Saturday Night Live among others, spoke freely on an episode of his podcast, Bitch Sesh. She describes her experience with the cast as “Worst experience ever“. “Tim Allen was a bad bastard,” he says.
The Super Christmas series is a sequel to the movies that were very popular in the 1990s. Casey Wilson plays Sarah, an older version of the little girl who appeared in the first installment in 1994. Tim Allen plays Santa Claus.
“So I’m on stage with Tim Allen and I have to throw some stuff at him– explains the actor. I think it’s a thief coming down the chimney, obviously because it’s Santa Claus and I wake up to be the victim of a burglary.”
He continues: “He turns to the producer, who is about a meter away from me, and says, “Tell him to stop cutting into my lines!” The producer turns to me, startled, and walks away, saying, “Um, Tim would like you to stop cutting into his lines..”
Casey Wilson adds that the Hollywood star was “unpleasant“When he finished shooting his scenes that”Everyone was walking on eggshells“. “At the end, Tim Allen says, “I’m leaving!” And he throws his Santa cape on the floor before going on set and people rush to pick up the suit off the floor.”
“He’s an idiothe claims. And again… I won’t say who told me this, but someone from the team whispered in my ear, “You’re seeing him on his best day..” Tim Allen, for his part, did not respond to these comments.
