Johnny, the victim of a trap?

In his hideout, John convinces Benjamin that he encouraged his friend to steal all the equipment and medicine needed to harvest the bone marrow. But Benjamin reminds him that he’s just a pediatrician. He performed this type of procedure only once during his medical studies. Suffice it to say, the risks are high. That’s why he wants to take care of the hospital. But John refuses to be arrested by the police, who believe he is already guilty, even though he is the victim of a trap. Therefore, her priority is to save her son before proving his innocence.

Victoire notices Benjamin’s absence in the hospital. He tries to call, in vain. Soizic offers to contact him at his place because he believes that Benjamin no longer wants to talk to his ex because of their argument about her abortion. However, Soizic goes straight to his colleague’s answering machine. Victoria finds it suspicious and alerts the police.

At the police station, Aurora confirms that Benjamin is not home and that his phone has been locked since the previous day at the end of the day. According to Roxanne, the last message she received came from a prepaid phone telling her to meet her in the parking lot. Aurore deduces that Jon kidnapped Benjamin to force him to take a bone marrow sample. Karim starts looking for Benjamin’s car. A little later, Sarah tracks him down at a gas station, next to where the two men met. They are actually together inside the car. Aurore rejects the abduction hypothesis.

Meanwhile, Violet goes to the hospital to get a blood test and check her compatibility with Bastien. He is the second high school student to do so, after Jordan. Eventually, several other students, including Jack and Liz, proceed to run the blood test. Victoire then tells Violet that Bastien is no longer in intensive care. He allows a young girl to visit him. At her friend’s bedside, Violet tells him what she did for him. Bastien thanks him, then confides in him that he feels a little lost without news from his father.

At the police station, Georges learns that he has to go to Paris for training for 15 days. He talks to Nordine about it and admits that he doesn’t want to leave the set… or rather the melody. However, she knows that he ruined her chances by avoiding the kiss the day before. Since then, he tries to contact her again, but she ghosts him. Nordin urges his colleague not to give up. Georges calls Melody back and leaves a message to warn her about her future absence related to his work, and then offers to explain what happened between them.

Benjamin, on the other hand, tries to find out more about the trap that John is talking about. The latter tells him that he was wrongly sentenced to another two years for stealing cars. In this case he was blamed for the wound, although it was not him. From then on, John became suspicious of the police and their hasty conclusions.

He goes on to explain that he went to Clement the day before he died to ask him to defer the payment of the life annuity. Flement would then lose his temper and accuse him of being a fraud, just like everyone else. John doesn’t know who he was talking about, but he thinks it’s the real culprit. Unfortunately, since one of John’s tools was used as a murder weapon, he thinks the police won’t look any further.

In the evening, John calls Benjamin to take a bone marrow sample. He starts pulling things out. That’s when Benjamin noticed blood on his friend’s shoes. The latter directly denies this, but Benjamin prefers to leave. John holds him back and threatens him with a scalpel…

Victor asks Manon for help

At the police station, Victor asks Manon to reason with Timothy to convince him not to drop out. The young woman is surprised at first that Timothy returned to the set without telling her. He then agrees with Victor’s idea of studying, convinced that his friend is destined to do great things.

So Manon meets Timothy for lunch at Spoon. She asks him why he didn’t warn her about coming back. Timothy says he was waiting to recover from his jet lag. But he definitely had a list of questions planned to ask her during their reunion. During their exchange, Timothy talks about his breakup with Elsa, as well as his desire to start a working life. Manon thinks he is wrong, repeating Victor’s arguments verbatim. Thus, Timothy realizes that he has been manipulated and leaves the scene.

Returning home, Timothy confronts his father, who is in the middle of a meeting with Filipina. Timothy declares that he has made a final decision. Once alone with Victor, Filipina advises him to let her go and let her son realize his mistake.

Chloe contradicts her mother

At the hospital, Marian worries that she hasn’t heard from Chloe, as she admits she’s been hesitant to return to her position as principal. She suspects that her daughter has refused the position and worries about her professional future. This does not apply to Reno, who has complete trust in Chloe.

At the Christmas market, Chloe notices how well the Spoon food truck is doing. She tells Nathan that he has a real talent for sales. The latter is excited, even if he still does not know what he will do later. Chloe assures him that she has time to think about him and that she won’t have to do the same thing for the rest of her life. The proof itself plans to change jobs.

Later, Reno and Marianne stroll through the Christmas market. While her companion goes shopping, Mariana sees her daughter behind the oysters. He soon realizes that his fears are well-founded, which Chloe confirms. Mariana does not understand her choice at all, especially if it is to become a seller in the market. Chloe replies that she likes interacting with customers.
