SindHosp promotes the health meeting with Gilberto Kassab

The event will seek to discuss healthcare policy for the State of São Paulo with a retrospective of the year 2023 and prospects for 2024

On December 11, at 11.30 am, the headquarters of the Union of Hospitals, Clinics and Laboratories of the State of São Paulo, known as “Casa da Saúde de SP”, will be the stage for a strategic meeting between representatives of the health sector of São Paulo and the secretary of government and institutional relations, Gilberto Kassab. The meet promises to be an important platform to discuss issues that have a direct impact on the healthcare sector in the State.

The debate is important considering that the health agenda is the main one in the country, as presented in a publication G1 portal where the DataFolha survey interviewed more than 2000 people from 135 cities. This survey recorded a 6% increase in the total number of respondents concerned about health, with 17% reporting the issue in September, while it is currently highlighted by 23%.

With the confirmed presence of leaders representing the entire healthcare supply chain, academic experts, as well as presidents of medical bodies, representatives will present during the event suggestions for solutions to problems that influence the direction of health and medicine and which contribute to reducing inequalities , promote universal access to public services and establish decent working conditions for doctors and healthcare for the population.
