The Spanish series The Paper House it ended on a high note in 2021 and, two years later, it returned, but with the spin-off Berlina prequel with Pedro Alonso as the protagonist of a new robbery in Paris, France.
But before that, Netflix tried its luck Money Heist: Korea just a year after the end of the original series. This ended with a disappointing debut and with few fans wanting to return to the same story, but in another country.
However, Berlin is here to change that and introduce a new gang of thieves, as evidenced by the official trailer, which you can see above. The series will debut on December 29 with an eight-episode season.
Pedro Alonso reprises his role as the Berlin hedonist, who assembles a new gang to rob the largest auction house in Paris. Michelle Jenner plays Keila, an eminent electrical engineer, and Tristan Ulloa plays Damián, a philanthropic professor and confidante of Berlin.
In addition to them, Begoña Vargas plays Cameron, a Kamikaze who always lives on the edge; Giulio Peña plays Roi, Berlin’s faithful squire; and Joel Sánchez plays Bruce, the gang’s ruthless action man. The series also features Itziar Ituno AND Najwa Nimriwho respectively take up the roles of police officers Raquel Murillo and Alicia Sierra.
