A month ago, Netflix exclusively released the first images of one of the most anticipated blockbusters of 2024, Juan Carlos Fresnadillo’s The Lady and the Dragon. One of the platform’s biggest stars, Millie Bobby Brown, stars in this fantastic film. The actress plays a princess who is sacrificed to a creature to pay off the prince’s family’s debts.
The translator of Eleven from Stranger Things here plays a heroine far removed from the fairy tale. The trailer released online during Tudum’s event already promised an ambitious, epic and darker-than-expected action film that would introduce its actor to a new badass character.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the streaming giant revealed the film’s new official poster and release date: March 8. The Lady and the Dragon should be one of Netflix’s highlights in 2024.

Along with Millie Bobby Brown we find Angela Bassett, Nick Robinson, Ray Winstone, but also Robin Wright as the Queen.
According to Deadline, Millie Bobby Brown is set to begin filming for Season 5 Stranger Things in early January. Production on the latest installment in the Phenomenon series has been delayed due to a strike by actors and writers in Hollywood.
