Salome makes Kelly’s wish come true

With her roommate in the swamp, Salome is hard at work on the Christmas menu to be served at lunch on December 25th at Double A. So this leaves Gathan with the option of having a candlelight dinner on the evening of the 25th. A prospect that enchants Salome. As the pair kiss, Anais joins them. Gaitan leaves the two girls together. Salome hopes Anais isn’t too embarrassed. This reassures her: it’s not because she’s separated from Theo that she’s against the couple.

After that, Salome receives a message from Kelly, who asks her to meet, but the young woman does not really have time to give. He’s also convinced that Kelly is avoiding what’s happening to Thomas. Anais then confides in Salome the wish she stole from the Double A tree the day before. This is Kelly’s wish. Anais suggests that Salome read. In doing so, she discovers that Kelly wanted her father to be able to make a fresh start despite his mistakes. Salome then goes to the workshop to assemble her crew, which includes Carla, Malik, Leonard and Vicky. She entrusts them with her Christmas menu, specifying that it is not yet complete and that any ideas are welcome. Teissier arrives and emphasizes the risk to Salome, who has decided to take the first years in his brigade. Meanwhile, Anais overhears a conversation between Kelly and Letitia in the park. Kelly reveals to her mother that Thomas got a job thanks to Chef Meyer, who agreed to give him a second chance. He actually changed his mind about the situation when he saw how worried Kelly was about her father. Anais is delighted. Then he asks about the Christmas menu. Later, Salome oversees his brigade with Anais. The two young women notice that Vicki’s mind is elsewhere, causing her to make mistakes while cooking. Vicki admits to them that she is worried about Christmas. In fact, he no longer has contact with his mother and his father has just announced that he will not be attending as he is going on holiday with his new partner. Vic is having trouble coming to terms with the fact that Christmas will never be the same. Salome and Anais sympathize with him.

At the end of the day, Salome and Anais have coffee at Double A’s. Anais advises her best friend to grant Vicky’s wish to give her a boost. So the two girls read Vicki’s wish from the tree. After which, Salome finally wants to act as if she never read it. But is this Anais’ point?

Billy and Thibault become rivals

At Double A, Bill is determined to take the maître d’ position again. But a rival appears in the person of Thibault, who returns to the classroom and immediately warns Stanislaus about his motivation for taking the job. Bill confronts him about it. Thibaut is sure of himself, because he was already the main hotel in London.
