Two matches completed this week’s playing schedule for the Women’s Super League. Only two games left until the end of the seventh round: Fluminense x Minas and Sesc Flamengo x Osasco. There were significant changes in the rankings following the week’s matches, such as Barueri’s return to the competition. The team led by Wagão won the second time in a row and confirmed itself in the G-8 after BluVolei’s defeat against EC Pinheiros this Friday (15).
EC Pinheiros beat BluVolei at the Henrique Villaboim gym and reached the qualifying round for the Superliga and Copa Brasil playoffs. At the top of the table, Sesi Bauru’s victory over Osasco in the Sao Paulo classic left Bauru’s club in fourth place, while the Osasco team was in fifth place.

At the bottom of the table, Brasilia inherited second place from EC Pinheiros after their rival’s victory in the group. Candango’s team managed to snatch a point from Barueri away from home, but in the end it wasn’t enough to stay away from Z-2 during the week. Bottom of last place, São Caetano lost yet another Superliga. This time Maringá suffered their seventh defeat in the national competition away from home.
