How far will you go when angry? That’s the question posed by Acharnés, a delightfully poignant black comedy that should speak to you—especially if you’re on the verge of a nervous breakdown yourself.
It all starts when two complete strangers almost crash into each other in a car parking lot. Danny Cho is a struggling entrepreneur and Amy Lau, a businesswoman of color: Both are at the end of their rope, and it’s the perfect excuse to let off steam. As their argument escalates, it affects their lives and relationships.
Between anger, depression, mourning, betrayal, helplessness and frustration: all subjects are covered and genres are mixed. Sharp criticismAmerican dream and immersed in American-South Korean culture, the show is colorful, confusing, deep, sensitive and full of twists and turns.
All enhanced by a subtle and colorful aesthetic and the tireless and passionate performances of its two headliners, the excellent Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead, Minari) and Ali Wong (Always Be My Maybe), both of whom are nominated for next Emmys for their performances. From singer to businessman, minister to prisoner, Bernard Tapie has experienced it all. Inspired by real events, this fiction chronicles the romantic fortunes of this extraordinary public figure – played here by the masterful and settled Laurent Lafitte – through his successes but also his failures.
A (very) fictional biopic bordering on soap opera, the seven-episode mini-series that was a hit on Netflix offers a unique look into the tumultuous and busy life of the singer, businessman, politician and former boss man. Olympique de Marseille.
The show, a meticulous and exciting series, has been praised for its production, its actors’ performances, its sophisticated dialogue and careful photography – in other words, extremely entertaining.
3rd – Tour de France: At the heart of the peloton 4.2/5

Discover behind the scenes of the Tour de France from its preparation to the finish. From tears to victories, Tour de France: Heart of the Peloton follows several teams competing in the 2022 edition of the world’s greatest cycling race.
This documentary series, signed by the producers of Formula 1: The Pilots of their Destiny – rated 4.4/5 by AlloCiné viewers themselves – closely follows all the participants of the Tour and reveals the many challenges of the internationally famous race, which is broadcast in 190 territories. as well as inside Form 1, each episode portrays the race from the perspective of two competing teams. Thus, the biggest of the race’s 21 stages, including the crossing of the Pyrenees and the Alps and down the Champs-Élysées in Paris.
It’s rhythmic, catchy, immersive and exciting. But beyond the sports aspect, human stories are also told here. We recommend it whether you’re into sports or not.
2nd – Hunt in Blood 4.2/5

In June of last year, this Korean production achieved incredible success on Netflix, topping the ranking of the most watched series on the platform in France – but not only that. Blood Hunt is the story of two young boxers immersed in the ruthless money-lending business who go to war with members of the loan shark mafia clan.
To do this, they team up with a benevolent moneylender and risk their lives to take down their ruthless enemies who prey on the most desperate. Adapted from Webtoon bloody dogs, the series is a social drama that perfectly combines action and emotion. Indeed, in addition to benefiting from effective production and beautiful photography, this K-drama hits hard with its intense, perfectly choreographed fight scenes.
Add to that the endearing characters played by the sensational actors, its two protagonists Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi in the lead roles, and that’s it. It is violent and painful and absolutely worth watching.
1st – One Piece 4.2/5

After its release, it took only a few hours to climb the rankings of the most watched Netflix series worldwide: and yes, One Piece was definitely one of the events of the year. A direct adaptation of the beloved animated series – based on the world’s best-selling manga by Eiichiro Oda himself – the show has won over fans and uninitiated alike with its renowned quality.
The story, you know, monkey d. Luffy is a young man who can stretch his body like rubber and who, along with a group of pirate friends called the Straw Hat Crew, travels in search of a treasure known as the One Piece, which will make him the Pirate King.
True to the energy of the original, the Netflix production is fun and engaging, and the visuals are superb. But it’s also, and above all, carried by a brilliant and engaging cast – including Inaki Godoi, who seems born to play Luffy, and McKenney (Zoro), who is undeniably a revelation. But a surprise for fans: the bet really paid off.
