Gerald was arrested by the police

Hiking with Gerald, Etienne and Dorian, they got up early to admire the sunrise. As they resume walking, Dorian notices that he has a web and plans to send a message to Luna. Then he comes across a police wanted ad for Gerald Dague. A panicked Dorian shows this to his father. Interrupted by Gerald, who urges them on, Etienne rushes to photograph the scenery, then text his wife to warn her.

Benedict immediately alerts Martin to the police station. The latter will send a team there to look for them. Meanwhile, Etienne rests and tries to catch the net, to no avail. While he is looking for the wanted poster, Gerald catches him. The latter orders him to give the phone. Dorian stabs him in the neck, then runs off with his father. They both run as fast as they can until Dorian has a panic attack. Etienne stays with her to encourage the escape.

In turn, John and Bastien are finally able to leave the hospital. Benjamin comes to say goodbye to them and wishes them the best: John will finally clear the police and Bastien is on the road to remission.

In the hinterland, Etienne and Dorian are unfortunately still on the move. Gerald catches up with them and threatens Etienne with a knife. However, the latter managed to free himself from the attacker’s hand, and then threw him to the ground with his fists. As he picks up the rock to deliver the fatal blow, Martin and Sarah arrive. Etienne returns to his son, and the police arrest Gerald.

After some medical tests, Etienne and Dorian find Bénédicte in the hospital hall, safe and sound. Dorian is very proud of his father. However, the latter lost his composure with an uneasy feeling. Benedict reassures her and confirms that she did the right thing under the influence of adrenaline.

At the police station, Martin and Sarah question Gerald and encourage him to cooperate. The latter confesses: he killed Flamand because he felt betrayed when he learned that he would not sell the house to him as promised. Because John knew something, Gerald also sought to silence him. Martin tells Gerald that he will be taken to court for manslaughter and attempted double murder.

At the Christmas market, John and Bastien walk with Benjamin. The police call John to tell him that Gerald has been arrested. To celebrate, the three men decide to go to a restaurant. They meet Victoire and ask her to join them, which she accepts.

Tristan and Mona go to war

A slave behind her counter overhears Sylvain booking a table for her at lunch. She worries that he no longer enjoys her cooking and prefers the competition. Sylvain admits she can’t stand her boyfriend Tristan’s Christmas sea buckthorn. When he describes the recipe, Mona claims that it is one of hers and that Tristan stole it.

At the end of lunch with Christelle, Sylvain confirms to Tristan that the slave accused him of stealing the sea urchin recipe. Outraged, the restaurateur flatly denies this. He then tries to prove that the slave is wrong to accuse him. On Instagram, he comes across a menu of a restaurant he worked at in April 2023, where sea urchins appear.

Tristan goes to the spoon to show Mona the Instagram post. He doesn’t take things as seriously as he does. Tristan still wants her to taste his sea urchin so he can compare them to his. After tasting them, Mona thinks that Tristan uses too many lemons. On the other hand, its little secret is to add a touch of saffron.

Later on, Bruno states that he is a little hungry. Tristan offers her a taste of his sea nettle. He is offended when Bruno compares them to slaves.

Was Victor robbed?

To create a Christmas atmosphere and attract customers to the wine estate, the Philippines has installed a tree there. However, neither she nor Victor wants to take care of the decor. Fortunately for them, Timothy is happy to take care of her. Even Violet comes to lend her a hand.

Once the tree is decorated, Timothy places a wrapped present under it. Victor is excited by her attention. Timothy then asks his father if he is romantically involved with Filipina. Her father says that their relationship is only professional and will remain so. Timothy answers that he cannot predict the future. He himself did not think that one day he would part with Elsa. However, he is happy to be back on set and able to spend Christmas with his father.

In the evening, returning from dinner at the restaurant, Timothy and Victor find that the gift left under the tree has disappeared. Instead, they sent a letter that said: “You weren’t good enough.”. Timothy initially thinks it’s a joke on his father’s part, but he denies it. While looking for signs of a burglary, Victor and Timothy notice that the thief acted as if he had passed through their chimney…
