“Lost Ball 3 will be an almost direct sequel to 2, with a little bit of going back in time to explore the gray areas of certain characters. It’s also going to be a bit more of a choral film than the last one, as many of the characters’ trajectories are coming to an end.“.

At this time, no further information about the story has been leaked. One thing is for sure, Netflix subscribers will have to wait until they see Lino and his team on screen again. With filming set to continue into 2024 and into March 2025, Balle Perdue 3 is not expected to be released on the streaming platform immediately.

This third opus should complete Netflix’s high-profile trilogy, as Balle Perdue is one of the most watched French films internationally. It remains to be seen if this sequel will be as successful as the others.
