This week, midfielder Ramon Carvalho renewed his contract with Ponte Preta for the 2024 season.
With a contract with Atlético-GO until December 31st, the athlete can now sign a new contract on January 1st as a free agent. The new contract with Macaca, therefore, runs until December 2024.
According to the portal, Ramon received offers from other Brazilian clubs, such as Água Santa and Vila Nova, but chose to stay.
Ponte Preta debuts in the Campeonato Paulista on January 21st, against Mirassol, at the Moisés Lucarelli Stadium.
