New Year’s Eve is approaching and the celebrations prepared to welcome the new year promise to cheer residents and tourists who will find themselves on the beaches of Rio Grande do Sul.
In Torres, New Year’s Eve celebrations are planned in Praia Grande.
Among the musical attractions that will liven up New Year’s Eve are Turma do Pagode, PGD Di Casa, Rômulo Guedes and Claus and Vanessa. The night will be crowned by the amazing Night Glow show, where illuminated balloons will adorn the sky, creating a magical and unique environment.
An incredible fireworks display is also planned.

Canoe cap
Capão da Canoa will celebrate New Year’s Eve at Largo do Baronda with the confirmed presence of singer Vitor Kley, starting from midnight. But before the show there will be a lively warm-up led by DJ Jipp, who will play the main hits of Brazilian and international music, starting from 10pm.
Also part of the Municipality’s end-of-year program are the party and show with Father Ezequiel Dal Pozzo, on December 28, at 9 pm, in the Praça do Índio, in Curumim.
Passed down
The stage for the celebrations set up by the municipality to welcome the year 2024 in style will be on the seafront, near Plataforma.
The program starts at 8.30pm. Confirmed attractions are Grupo SOS, Jú Koteck, DJ Jeff Graciano and Rota Luminosa. At midnight there will be a fireworks display.
Imbe
In Imbé, New Year’s Eve will feature performances in two parts of the city. At the corner of Garibaldi and Beira Mar avenues downtown, the attractions will be DJ Jackson Garcia, Grupo Doce Quero and country duo Anderson & Matheus. In Mariluz, DJ Jamaica and Banda Montagem Festa Show will liven up Avenida Mariluz.
New Year’s Eve in Porto Alegre
And for those staying in the capital, the cultural program also promises to be unforgettable. From 7pm to 3am, the city, known for its rich cultural scene, will welcome not only local attractions, but also two renowned national artists. Among the highlights of the evening are the national shows with Grupo Fundo de Quintal and Di Propósito and also the unmissable performances of DJs Carol Teodoro, Viny, Da Guedes and Reação Em Cadeia.
The public will be able to live a unique experience, celebrating the New Year to the sound of different musical styles that promise to liven up the night.
