Manon thinks she has a leader

At the police station, Georges shows Martin the email they received from the thief Santa Claus. The latter wrote there: “I enter as I want with the key.” Sarah confirms to her colleagues that most of the robbers had problems with their keys a few days before the theft. This was especially the case with Sylvain.

While Roxanne tries to find the IP address of the email address, Manon and Nordin are in charge of going to the locksmiths in the area, as Martin assumes that the thief has duplicated the houses he wanted to burglarize.

Returning to the police station with the customer invoices, Manon notices the repetition of a name: Carl Denner. This is the name of a character in the novel. Manon recalls that one of the tribes takes place at Christmas. It assumes that the thief will read it. Although this volume has not been published for about ten years, one copy exists in the Sète Media Library. Manon then compares the list borrowed from the book with the list of people in the file. The match appears: Bruno Paoletti. Manon informs her boss of her discovery. The latter congratulates him.

While drinking coffee in Spon, Bruno gets himself arrested by the police and then placed in the police station. Bruno declares his innocence before Martin’s questioning. He explains that he borrowed the book because he became a fan of this literary saga while in prison. Martin then decides to test his alibi during the robbery.

Meanwhile, Charlie goes to Nathan for moral support. The latter was actually informed of his father’s arrest. Very disappointed, Nathan decides to stop hosting.

Timothée, on the other hand, has a drink at Spoon. Manon informs him about the progress of the investigation and reveals that the suspect has been arrested. He also tells her about the email the thief sent them. However, Timothy finds that their trail is a little lighter.

At the police station, Sarah and Martin are forced to admit that Bruno’s alibi holds water. Based on his profile and past, the police are confident that he is innocent in this case. However, they continue to imprison him as a matter of principle, because Bruno has a criminal record.

In the evening Sarah warns her companion that she is going to go home and rest. At the same time, Roxanne experiences a computer attack. It is short lived. When it ends, Roxanne realizes that the hacker left the file behind. When they open it, Roxanne and Sarah find two photos: one of Bruno Paoletti marked “wrong” and a photo of a certain Liam Desforges marked “correct”.

Soraya suffers from being separated from Gabriel

After partying at Victoire’s the day before, Adeline and Soraya wake up in her house in agony. Since Gabriel is not in the office, Soraya shouldn’t delay going there because it would make her double the work. Adeline takes the opportunity to suggest to her friend not to have an affair with her ex. But Soraya feels that Gabriel and Nouri cannot be at the same time.

Although she already envisions herself with the baby, François advises her to take a blood test to make sure she is pregnant.

During the day, Charlie browses children’s clothing sites and confides in François his enthusiasm for the idea of ​​starting a family with him. Once again, his companion refuses to project himself.

Charlie Cherley stops by Christelle’s to tell her secret: she tricked Francois into believing she was pregnant to test his reaction. Seeing that she wasn’t ready to commit to him on that level, he concluded that it would be better if they separated before moving to Canada together.
