Rebel Moon on Netflix: The Sequel Trailer Is Here, The Battle Will Finally Begin

While the first part of Rebel Moon is already available and the film is a worldwide hit, Netflix has released the trailer for the sequel, which will hit our screens on April 19.

Titled The Slasher, a reference to the nickname Cora was given after leaving Balisarius’ army, this second installment follows Cora and her band of warriors willing to sacrifice everything to fight alongside the people of the Veldt. They are determined to bravely defend the once peaceful village, a new home for those who have lost loved ones in the battle against Mother Earth.

On the eve of battle, the warriors are confronted with the truth of their past, each revealing their reasons for joining the cause. When the power of an entire kingdom descends on an emerging rebellion, unbreakable bonds are formed, heroes are revealed, and legends are born.

The trailer for Rebel Moon part 2 really promises a lot of fighting and great spectacle, where the first part was just an introduction to the characters and the world. It’s enough to convince subscribers who want more, especially when it comes to action movies.

These pictures tease the return of almost every character – Sofia Boutella leads the way, who gets a new hairstyle – as does Ed Skrein. The one who was left for dead at the end of the first opus was saved thanks to Balisarius’ technology. The one who is missing remains the regent, played by Fra Fay. Cora’s adoptive father does indeed seem to be hiding in some kind of parallel world and doesn’t seem to want to be involved in the fight at the moment.

Rebel Moon Part 2 is about his relationship with a young woman and how he got to where he is.
