Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Friday, December 29, 2023 [SPOILERS]

Alex will find the culprit

Alex spent the night in his office trying to identify Johanna’s potential attacker. He’s sure he knows this man, but can’t figure out where he’s seen him before. Unfortunately, he couldn’t use face recognition because the photo is of poor quality.

Manu informs him that Johanna’s assassination attempt is on the front page of the Midi Libre. The latter puts pressure on Alex. That’s when he remembers where he saw this person. When he searched Pierre Luhan’s apartment, he came across an article about a humanitarian association in Africa.

And this person, Nathan, is the president. Alex then calls Johanna to ask if she knows him, but the latter has never heard of him. He still does not understand what the connection is between him, Pierre Luhan and this Nathan. Alex is going to stop him.

At the law firm, Gilham makes sure Johanna is okay. He hopes that the police will quickly arrest the author of the attempt to kill him. Above all, Johanna hopes that they will finally succeed in vindicating Ian.

Police arrested, Nathan interrogated Alex. He claims he was having dinner at a friend’s house on the night of Johanna’s attack. Alex then asks him to explain how it is possible for him to be at Johanna’s house at the same time.

Nathan pretends not to understand. Alex then shows her a surveillance photo taken in the victim’s area moments after the attack. Nathan continues to maintain his innocence and asks to speak to a lawyer.

Hugo stops the questioning. He has just received a ballistics report: the gun found in Johanna’s house is the same one used to kill Pierre Luhan.

For her part, Ellis goes through Nathan Laverne’s Humane Society reports. He discovers that they have a budget of 6 million euros, which is a lot for an association that distributes school textbooks in Africa. The money came from hereditary wills provided by the same notary, Maître Daumier. Alex realizes that the notary is connecting Johanna, Nathan and Pierre Luhan.

Claire and Florentine find Emma and Tom to scatter Pierre’s ashes by the pool, a place he loved so much. Emma thanks them for coming. Claire tells him that all her colleagues at the hospital are with her wholeheartedly.

Emma saw that they participated in the online collection, which really touched her. The young woman begins to scatter the ashes and shed a few tears. Tom supports him.

Guilhem manipulates Margot

Johanna feels that Gilham is worried at the moment. He reassures her that everything is fine. Margo interrupts them and informs Johanna that the coroner’s report has just arrived. The latter asks the young woman to call a courier to take the letter to the police station immediately. Margot offers to go there herself to deliver him personally.

At the police station, Akim discusses his assignment at the National Police Academy with Elise. He finds himself having to share a room with several other auditioning students. After that, Alice will offer him to take an apartment with Estelle.

Akim explains to her that it is a light relationship. He has no plans to get seriously involved with her. Alice then reminds her that Estelle told her she could follow him to the ends of the earth. He notes that a 40-year-old woman certainly does not want a light relationship. He advises Akim to clarify with Estelle, so that he does not have any illusions.

Claudine is looking for Margot. Gilham informs him that the young woman has gone to the police station to file a document. Claudine is annoyed. He urgently needs a document drawn up, and he resents the fact that Margot will use any excuse to run off to see her Akim, the policeman she has fallen in love with. This name does not escape Guillem, who sees it as a good way to turn his sentimental situation to his advantage.

Not far from there, Margo goes to meet Akim in front of the police station. She explains to him that she has no choice but to come as he is not responding to her messages. Akim gets angry and asks what he is playing. Margot refuses to play any games.

He just thinks they can update each other and be friends. But Akim cuts him off and points out that he was the one who rejected her. He explains to her that he prefers to cut ties because he has caused her suffering. Margo blames the blow.

A little later, Guilhem asks Margot if she can stay at the office a little later to help him with his case. he takes In the evening, Gilham notices that Margo looks haunted. He asks if it is because of Akim.

Margot confides in him that her love life is a bit complicated at the moment. Gilham offers to take a break to order some food. He takes the opportunity to tell her anecdotes about his romantic past, subtly telling her that you have to do whatever it takes to make love last when you’re lucky enough to find it.

Not far from there, Estelle suggests that Akeem visit an underwater sanctuary this weekend. He accepts, but Estelle notices that it’s a little strange. He tries to talk to her but she avoids him.
