After six months of airing, Jujutsu Kaizen Season 2 ended last night with its final episode, marking the end of the drama in the Shibuya arc in a devastating way for the characters created by Gege Akutami as well as the audience!
But luckily, fans of Yuuji and his companions were able to immediately console themselves with the anime updates announced on the official networks of the series. Therefore, through a short teaser, we learn about the upcoming adaptation of La Traque Meurtrière.
With Satoru sealed away, Yuuji executed, and Yuuta returned to Japan, this new arc promises to be what season 2 is all about: rich with epic battles, twists, and painful deaths.

While we do know that MAPPA will return to production, a broadcast date has yet to be announced. Keep in mind that we had to wait two and a half years between the first two seasons, interrupted by the release of the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie in March 2022.
Unless there’s a new prequel project to keep us waiting, we can only hope to see this season 3 hit our screens in late 2024 or early 2025.
