The chipset is made by TSMC, in a 6 nanometer EUV lithography process. The octa-core platform has two high-performance Cortex-A76 cores running at 2.3 GHz and six additional Cortex-A76 cores.A55 with 2.1 GHz frequencies for energy efficiency.
The T765 5G has memory support RAM LPDDR4X up to 2,133 MHz and storage via eMMC 5.1, UFS 3.1 and UFS standards 2.2. It’s not the most advanced on the market, but the goal is to bring an enjoyable experience at relatively low cost.
The platform also includes an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for graphics processing, with frequencies of 850 MHz.
Unisoc T765 5G supports 108MP camera
The chip is compatible with devices equipped with screens up to 120 Hz, with Full HD+ resolution. There is also support for HDR 10+AND technology of variable refresh rates (VRR), although such features are not common in budget cell phones.
For photo and video processing, the Unisoc T765 has the Vivimagic 6.0 image engine and a four-core ISP with two main and two auxiliary cores. With this it is possible to integrate it with sensors of up to 108 MP, as well as use systems with up to three cameras, from 64 MP, 20 MP and 13 MP.
Other available camera features include HDR support, multi-frame noise reduction, artificial intelligence (AI) scene recognition, and portrait mode support.

The T765 works with 2G to 5G mobile networks, with two-carrier aggregation for faster speeds and bandwidth up to 130 MHz. SA and NSA modes are available, dual-SIM, dual-VoNR and VoWiFi for high definition online voice calls.
It has not yet been announced which devices will be the first to feature the Unisoc T765 5G, but it is likely that they will appear during 2024.
