Will 77-year-old Sylvester Stallone don the Rocky gloves for one last return to the ring? Nothing less sure! Already absent from Creed 3, the actor is currently not slated to appear in the 4th installment, which Michael B. Jordan is producing.

Additionally, prior to the release of Creed 3, Stallone expressed disagreement with the direction of the franchise’s director and producers.
“It’s a different philosophy, that oneIrwin Winkler and Michael B. Jordan. I wish them luck, but I’m much more sentimental. I like my characters to hit, but I don’t want them to go into that dark space. I think society already sees enough darkness.”Slim explained.
“I’ve never watched Creed 3. It’s a classic move. They pick up on some aspects. Rock Without asking my opinion here and there or if I want to be a part of it. It’s a sad situation because I know what could have been. They took the exact opposite direction that I would have taken.”Stallone also made him sad.
In addition, the actor is in full conflict with the owners of the rights to the Rocky saga, the family of Irwin Winkler and Robert Chartoff. “I’m not an executive producer on the Creed movies. Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan are. Irwin Winkler and Robert Chartoff’s kids are. Not mine. I’m the only one left out.”He bitterly confided in Sly, who is trying to restore the child’s rights.
Despite these various disagreements, Michael B. Jordan isn’t closing the door on The Rock’s return in Creed 4. “I think there’s always the possibility that Sly, that Rocky, could come back. That’s one of the amazing things about the character. It would make sense to have him back in any story because it all comes from the Rocky universe.”– he told Sports Illustrated.
To see if Sly would be interested despite the different take on the stories and characters, aside from the rights war. Either way, the 7th movie with Rocky solo seems completely compromised.
Only the Creed franchise can bring the Italian Stallion back to cinema. Note that the Balboa license grossed 1.2 billion worldwide in 6 films. If we add the Creed trilogy, the amount increases to almost 2 billion!
If you miss Stallone, you can find him on Paramount+ in the TV series Tulsa King.
