The professional underlined what the new management processes will be like.

The transition period was very positive, all professionals contributed with the necessary information. The Copa São Paulo is one of the country’s main competitions, where athletes are included in the showcase of national football. Our club presents itself with a young team to compete for a place in the top positions. Along with this, we will implement base-wide processes, a revamped organizational chart and a strong social initiation area“, explained Quaresma.

He also clarified what the profile of the base will be in this cycle.

Fans can expect a group of professionals and athletes who put Santos Futebol Clube above all else, proud to represent one of the biggest clubs in the world. We will spare no effort to make the Club ever stronger, training athletes who have pride, respect for the shirt and who translate, in their way of playing, all the greatness of Santos FC“, added the new director of youth football.
