Ingredients:
Rice
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 100 g diced bacon
Chicken stew
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can of drained peas
- 1 can drained green corn
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
Stir-fried minced meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 300 g of minced meat
- 1 cup chopped green beans
- 1/3 cup (tea) water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
How to prepare 4 layer rice:
- For the fried chicken, heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and brown the garlic.
- Add the onion and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken, peas, corn, season with salt and pepper and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Mix the green perfume and transfer it to a large baking dish.
- Mix half the rice with the carrot and distribute it on the stew.
- For the sautéed meat, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the garlic.
- Fry the onion for 1 minute and add the meat.
- Fry for 3 minutes.
- Pour in the pod, the water, season with salt and pepper and cover.
- Cook for another 5 minutes over low heat or until the water has dried and the pod has softened.
- Turn off the heat and spread the stew in the refractory pan.
- Mix the cream with the tomato paste, add the remaining rice and mix until smooth.
- Spread it out in the refractory pan and sprinkle it with the mozzarella.
- Place in a high preheated oven for 10 minutes to brown.
- In a pan, fry the bacon in its own fat, over medium heat, stirring until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Spread over the rice and serve immediately.
