Ana Hickmann’s office says that a new date has already been agreed on when her ex-husband, Alexandre Corrêa, will pick up her son to spend a few days with him. The businessman submitted a request to the court for the presenter’s arrest in flagrante delicto, for parental alienation, claiming that she would not respect the court’s decision that Alexandre Hickmann Correa would remain with his father between 3 and January 7.
According to the press office, the date has been set in court and would remain the same if nothing had been set previously. However, the period coincides with Ana Hickmann’s holidays and therefore a telephone arrangement was made taking into account her rest.
“Thus, it was agreed by telephone between the lawyers of the presenter and Alexandre Correa, Dr. Guilherme Valdetaro and Dr. Diva Carla Bueno Nogueira, respectively, on 12/22, the transfer of the period from January 9 to 17. The decision will be made as agreed between the parties”, reads the note.
Corrêa’s lawyer, Enio Murad, denies that this agreement took place.
Request for Ana Hickmann’s arrest
In the early hours of this Thursday the 4th, the request for the arrest of Ana Hickmann was filed in which Murad claims that the special court established that the little girl would stay with her father between the 3rd and the 10th, with collection at 9:00. and return at 6pm. The lawyer also qualifies the gesture as an obstacle to “family relationships and coexistence” and specifies that Corrêa’s defense attempted “several times” to communicate the situation via 190 and the Guardianship Council, but failed to bring completed the complaint, since the summons was interrupted.
In addition to the arrest, the defense requests that a prosecutor from the Public Ministry and a head of the ITU Municipal Council for Children and Adolescents (SP) follow the case and that the son be handed over to her ex-husband.
