Tonight on TV: The coolest superhero in the Marvel Universe

This is a film that is significant in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as it marks Tom Holland’s true debut as Spider-Man since he first appeared in Captain America: Civil War. We’re obviously talking about the very entertaining Spider-Man: Homecoming, which hit theaters in the summer of 2017.

In Spider-Man: Homecoming, a great adventure featuring a bug that Marvel just discovered, young Peter Parker gradually discovers his new identity as Spider-Man, the web-slinging superhero. Galvanized by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home to Aunt May under the watchful eye of his new mentor, Tony Stark.

Tom Holland has revealed he was hiding out at a New York school to prepare for his role as Peter Parker. “The coolest thing I could do for this movie was go undercover in a school in the Bronx, New York.”A young British actor reveals to us. “No one knew who I was or what I was doing. I remember I took on a fake identity and got an accent. I went around for three days. It was really great.”

A skilled gymnast, Tom Holland didn’t have to train hard to be physically believable in a spider skin. Thus, he was able to perform many stunts during the filming of the blockbuster. The actor says he developed these skills while starring in the West End musical Billy Elliot.

The thrilling Spider-Man: Homecoming, which drew more than 2.3 million viewers to French cinemas, sees Michael Keaton play the villainous Vulture and also gives you the chance to… listen to Jennifer Connelly! It’s actually the actor who voices the artificial intelligence in the superhero costume.
