Friday, January 5, everything starts here…
Clotilda and Leroy kiss
Still shocked that Joachim resigned, Clotilde confides in Mark. He actually thought he could still work with his ex. Mark suggests that Joachim needs some distance to digest things. While Clotilde is ready to review their extreme cold module, Mark suggests putting off this test for a week, just to get some rest.
When he hears that the exam has been postponed, Deva will hate me. She exclaims how much she loved Leroy’s module and how she pushed her students to their limits. Jasmin sincerely disagrees with this and considers the module dangerous. Again, Jim defends his father’s concept.
As Jasmine leaves, Jim approaches her to explain. She suspects that she is not angry at her father, but at him, because of what he revealed to her about his feelings. But Jasmin directly denies it and hugs her heel.
In the kitchen, Penelope shows David a wonderful vintage that the customer hasn’t finished. He suggests keeping a bottle and having an aperitif with other students. David is immediately excited. Judy also decides to come to the party.
Meanwhile, Clotilde spends time with Rose. She is annoyed that Joakim does not respond to her messages. At the same time, she receives one from Mark. This is their photo – the one they put in the time capsule. Rose noticed that this gesture had the ability to make her sister smile again.
In the evening, several students gather in the cafeteria for a small dinner. Seeing David happily helping himself to alcohol, Judy takes him to the side and tries to change him. He suspects that he ran into Deva and took refuge in drink. But David can no longer bear the moral lessons and leaves. In Judah’s absence, David continues to drink and shoot.
Meanwhile, Mark surprises Clotilde in the management office. In fact, he has no desire to go home and prefers to think about their module recipes. Mark was also leaning on him. Clotilda takes the opportunity to thank him for sending their photo, as it warmed her heart. Mark takes this opportunity to confirm his feelings until they kiss…
Claire takes the students back in time
For first-year class, Claire brings her students together in the amphitheater. She instructs each pair to make a recipe specific to the era using ingredients from that era. Carla and Berenice meet Pork in the Middle Ages, and Suleiman and Malik meet Garum in Antiquity. Students are allowed to research these recipes in books.
While Carla starts complaining, Suleiman and Malik are super motivated. They learn about garum and immediately come up with an idea for a recipe. Claire interrupts her students to add a new instruction to the exercise: in fact, the students will also have to use old utensils to use according to their era.
Carla continues to complain to Berenice, insisting that this exercise is not interesting. However, Berenia begins the recipe, first intending to transform the earth into clay to cook the meat as in the Middle Ages. Finally, Carla decides to spread her arms and impress Claire with this technique.
At the end of the class, Claire will taste Malik and Suleiman’s plate. They started with a very successful sweet and savory recipe. Then Carla and Berenice are passed around their plate, smashing the clay around the meat, to the applause of their comrades. Claire is thrilled to see that the students have appreciated her course, which is a no-brainer.
Billy and Leticia cross the line
At Double A, Billy, Tom, and Letitia surprise Stanislas with a phone call. Laetitia comes closer to hear what he has to say, to no avail as the butler whispers. After hanging up, she asks Billy to replace her to finish tidying up, as she doesn’t have to be there for a medical appointment.
As Stanislas leaves, Billy, Tom, and Letitia talk together. No one believes his excuses. They think that he has arranged to meet Maya somewhere. Laetitia and Bill decide to follow him. They followed him to the city and followed him to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Tom is surprised to run into Maya in the hallway. He then questions her about the origin of her coat. Maya finally admits to Leonard, who accompanies her, that she bought him with their second semester scholarship. Tom steps aside to warn Bill of their confusion and leaves him a message on his answering machine.
But Bill is already in the hospital with Laetitia. They find Stanislaus going to the little girl’s room, falling into a coma and naming her Maya. When they realize their mistake, Billy and Laetitia are caught in the act by Stanislas. The latter assures them that they will not stop here, and then asks them to leave.
