An accident involving the barbecue of a traditional restaurant in the center of Osório, on Thursday evening (4), has caused concern among residents. The fire, which started due to accumulated grease, generated heavy smoke and a strong odor, which made people think the restaurant itself or a nearby residence was on fire.
However, according to information from the firefighters, who intervened promptly in the accident, the situation was quickly controlled and it was just a scare. After the intervention of the Fire Brigade, the restaurant continued its normal activity.
