The comments were quickly criticized by Culture Minister Rima Abdul Malak, who said in a Twitter post at the time.I am delighted that Justin Triet has been awarded the Palme d’Or (…), but appalled by his unfair performance.”
Prime Minister Elizabeth Bourne continued her statement to the newspaper the world that he was “blocked” and couldn’t go see the movie after Justin Triet came out.
