Plus belle la vie: Estelle is a suspect in the police, is she really guilty of what happened to Francesco?

At the opening night of the new Mistral bar, held in the first episode of Plus belle la vie, encore plus belle, Francesco felt ill. Rushed to the emergency room, doctors were shocked to discover that the cook had been poisoned by atropine, a heart stimulant that can be fatal if taken in large quantities.

The police immediately suspected Benjamin, Sylvia’s ex-husband, who was seen in the vicinity of the Place du Mistral during the inauguration evening. The young man also had a violent argument with the cook. However, with Silvia’s help, the police managed to detain him for questioning.

Is Benjamin guilty?

During interrogation, Benjamin continues to deny his involvement in the poisoning of Francesco (Emanuele Giorgi). If the police find it difficult to believe his innocence, the evidence will at least support his version of the facts. Indeed, in this Friday, January 12 episode, Francesco’s medical tests show that he has been slowly poisoned for several weeks.

But Benjamin returned from Dubai only 10 days ago. So he couldn’t poison her. The police had no doubt that the person who gave Francesco the atropine could only be one of his relatives. Estelle (Elodie Varlett) then becomes suspect number 1.

Did Estelle poison Francesco?

Plus belle la vie Even after the release of plus belle, viewers learned that Estelle and Francesco’s marriage was not in good shape. Indeed, a chef who has lost his job becomes increasingly jealous of his wife and continues to text her as soon as they are separated.

Estelle is also going to go to Lyon for a few months to continue her training, but Francesco is not happy that his partner is leaving Marseilles alone. Could it be that her husband’s jealousy made Estelle poison her husband?

If all the clues seem to point to Estelle, viewers of the first hour of Plus belle la vie know there’s a good chance she’s innocent. Indeed, this character has always been one of the show’s good guys, and it would be very surprising of her to decide to kill the husband she still seems to love, despite his behavior in recent months. If he wanted to leave her, he would have divorced her.

Unless there is a financial reason behind it. Indeed, in this Monday, January 15 episode, Samuel (Inaki Lartigue), Gabrielle’s cousin, discovers that Francesco took out life insurance at a time when he was making a good living.

After the marriage, he changed the beneficiary to Estelle. In case of death, the young woman would receive 400,000 euros. Could Estelle kill her husband to get this money? It’s unlikely… One thing is for sure, Estelle will have to prove her innocence in the coming episodes.
