The Fluminense left back witnessed the duel between Brooklyn Nets and Miami Heat

Fluminense’s idol, full-back Marcelo is still enjoying a well-deserved holiday before returning to training with the first team. On Monday evening (15th), the player was present at the NBA clash between Brooklyn Nets and Miami Heat, at the Barclays Center in New York. The match was won by the guests with a small margin: 96 to 95.

The Italian athlete received recognition on Instagram from his fans, who posted a post with the following words: “We have a legend at home. Welcome to the Barclays Center, Marcelo!”. The Brazilian also received congratulations from star Jimmy Butler of the visiting team.

Marcelo’s presence seems to have brought luck to Butler. The American was the player with the most points in the match: 31, the highlight of the difficult triumph of the Florida franchise.
