In addition to Foster and Reiss, the six-episode season also stars Finn Bennett, Fiona Shaw, Christopher Eccleston, Isabella Starr LaBlanc and John Hawkes. A season entirely written and directed by Issa Lopez, who takes over for Nick Pizzolatto, the series’ historic creator and showrunner for the first three seasons.
