This Wednesday Cemig rejected market rumors published in the press regarding the possible resignation of the company’s president, Reynaldo Passanezi Filho, according to a statement released to the market.
The Minas Gerais energy company “makes clear to its shareholders and the market in general that there is no expectation or interest on the part of the president in relation to his resignation from his position or any statement of the board of directors in this regard.”
Cemig also stated that the president “continues to lead Cemig’s transformation process through sustainable management”.
