Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups apricots
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 sheets of colorless gelatine
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 3 egg whites
  • Apricots to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. Leave the apricots to soak in hot water for 20 minutes.
  2. Blend the apricots with the water and condensed milk in a blender for 3 minutes.
  3. Soak the gelatine in cold water.
  4. Melt in a bain-marie and add to the mixture in a blender.
  5. Add the egg whites and mix gently.
  6. Pour the mousse into individual glasses and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Serve garnished with apricots.
