Plus belle la vie: a new character makes a great entrance and she could save Estelle

A remarkable arrival

In a new excerpt from Plus belle la vie, even plus belle episode 11 posted online on the platform TF1+The audience meets the character who has to change everything in this case: the lawyer Ulis Kepler, played by Jeremy Charve.

It was Aya, Javad’s sister, who hired a lawyer to get her brother out of prison. If he were to fulfill his mission, Estelle’s case seems to interest him more, as in the transcript he announces to the police that he is the young woman’s new lawyer. And in one scene, he reveals that he’s a brilliant jurist who will stop at nothing.

It is at the police station that Maitre Kepler comes to meet the policemen. He explains to them that Estelle Cantorelli is now his client. The new commissioner replies that he knows that the young woman confessed everything in the Ibaldi case. It will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office.

So it will be more difficult to take him out, as he was able to do for Javad. To which Ulysses replies that the confession of an exhausted and sick woman is too light for an indictment. Samuel replies that Estelle is not sick, but Master Kepler asks if they had a medical examination before questioning her.

Obviously, the police did not do this. Ulises then informs them that his client has had a liver transplant, so he must receive the daily treatment he was deprived of while in police custody, which could have very serious consequences, including rejection of the transplant. So he asks the police officer to fire Estelle for procedural violations.
