The Rio de Janeiro union published a note informing that the president of the institution, Márcio Ayer, and other managers intervened on site to provide assistance to Rildo’s employees and colleagues.
“The union demands that the company carries out rigorous assessment and monitoring of the psychological state of all workers in the unit and also makes its health department available to all those involved in this traumatic crime. We also underline the importance of opening the Report on Accidents at Work (CAT)”, reads the note.
