Do Do-hee (Kim Yoo-jung) is an intelligent, hard-working and utterly willful woman: a workaholic who only thinks about working and ensuring that her company continues at the highest level of success. Heiress of the Mirae F&B conglomerate, she too has decided to completely avoid the possibility of developing any relationship –– in particular, romantic ––, to prevent them from ruining your reputation and your work.
Despite this, a new employee will catch your attention. His name is Jeong Gu-won (Song Kang): a very handsome young man who attracts attention wherever he goes, but who hides a terrifying secret. This is because Gu-won is a demon, making dubious deals with humans to maintain eternal life. After losing her powers, however, he joins Do-hee’s company and decides to recruit her as a new client.
Disconcerted by Gu-won’s indisputable presence (but also by the sight of his sculpted abs), the businesswoman finds herself at a crossroads: she must enter into a contractual relationship with him. At first, everything is supposed to be a business deal, but her icy heart melts for him and he also starts showing genuine feelings for her.
The K-drama consists of 16 episodes with an average duration of one hour and can be watched on Netflix. The cast includes names like Lee Sang-yi, Jo Hye-joo, Lee Yoon-ji, Kim Hae-sook and more.
