A very classic biopic?

If a large majority of viewers liked Iron Claw, rate it 4 to 5 out of 5, some give some nuance. For example, Le Cinéphile gives it 3 out of 5:

“Iron Claws is too much of a classic biopic to be completely believable. However, the film is still about the toxicity of family relationships and father-son relationships. And Zac Efron is incredible in it!”

Fiers D, who also rates 3 out of 5, isn’t entirely convinced either: “This new opus from Sean Durkin once again lacks that famous ‘je ne sais quoi’ that is part of great movies.”

For his 3rd film, he goes against his overly linear screenplay, which sees the second installment as nothing more than an accumulation of unnecessary tragedies in the long run.
