It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Episode 848 on Friday 26 January 2024 [SPOILERS]

Teissier appoints Berenice brigade commander

Having trouble sleeping because of her worries, Berenia worked all night on dessert: a citrus upside-down tart. Upon awakening, Tessier discovers her and immediately wants to taste what she has made. But he doesn’t comment on her feelings. He just advises her to go change so she won’t be late for class.

At the institute, Berenice finds Carla and David. The latter insists on the fact that he did not sleep a wink all night because of the noisy antics of Carla and Livio. While Carla goes to class, David continues to rub salt in the wound, which really annoys Berenica. David suspects her of jealousy because he likes Carla, but Berenica doesn’t want to talk about it.

Meanwhile, Tessier brings Marc to the atelier to taste Berenice’s dessert. Mark thinks it’s great. Tessier then reveals to her that it is Berenice’s creation. He blames himself for not noticing his daughter-in-law’s talent earlier.

Teissier returns to see him to confirm that he has talent. However, he emphasizes that he will not be able to work in the brigade, he will not be useful for anything. Berenia replies that she is really trying to adapt. Teissier wants to push in that direction. He reveals to Cardon that Berenice has now been named team leader in place of Ethan for Pastry Days.

However, Cardone takes Teissier aside in his office to reprimand him for the inconsistency. One day, he wants her to get over Berenice and call out her weaknesses, and the next she’s giving him the upper hand. After listening to their conversation, Constance stops by her husband’s office.

After being alone with him, Constance scolds him for his methods, believing that it is not necessary to break people in order for them to improve. If Constance is excited that she has finally opened her eyes to Berenice’s talent, she also points out that putting her in the most exposed position risks stifling her. However, Teissier believes that Berenia will never be able to have a career if she is unable to work in the brigade, with the pressure that entails. Constance ends their discussion by expressing her wish that he would go to Spain for her master class because she can’t stand him anymore.

In the workshop, Berenice finds herself face to face with her brigade. Ethan, Tom, and Solal are confused to find that she has no idea what recipes should work. The young woman promises to think about it over the weekend and come back with ideas on Monday. When asked to choose another, Berenice doesn’t hesitate for a second to choose Carla. The boys again express concern about this choice. Cardone, witnessing the scene, declares that he cannot interfere and that Berenice must take responsibility for her choices.

Once, together with Berenice, Carla also expresses her doubts. He fears that they are not experienced enough to lead the brigade and does not want to humiliate himself in front of the professionals who will be in the pastry days. While Berenia is sure that Carla’s second presence will help and comfort her, her friend still asks her to think about it. At the same time, Cardone enters the conversation, who explains to Carla that it is up to her to think about it, not Berenice.

Alone with the chef, Berenia thanks him for his support. Cardone emphasizes the “i” and states that he absolutely does not support it. On the contrary, he intends to be even tougher with him in the coming days in order to get Ethan back as the brigade commander…

Gaitan is going down a risky slope

At the roommate in the swamp, Salome and Anais gently tease Gaitan as he practices boxing against an imaginary opponent.

During the day, Gaitan trains with Joakim in the gym. On his way out, he meets Dylan, one of his former boxing partners. The latter was also going to contact him to invite him to an exhibition that he will organize soon. Gaitan accepts the invitation without any hesitation. Joachim admires her courage and points out that she will have to date 20-year-olds even though she has just returned. But Gaitan seems confident.

Back at his roommate, Gaetani tells Salome of his desire to get back in the ring and fight again in front of the audience during the exhibition. Salome promises to come see him. Once alone, Gaitan learns about steroids…

Enzo and Vicki get creative

During the day, Enzo meets Vic in his room, where he has already put on music and candles. He offers his girlfriend an activity together to get them physically closer without having sex right away. Vicki is ready for it.

The couple begins a very sensual body painting session that allows them to caress each other, understand their bodies and gradually become closer.

Later, in the cafeteria, Vicki tells Billy how amazing the experience was. Even though they didn’t sleep together, Vic loved the sensations and the intimacy. Billy wonders what exactly they did. Vicky tells him it’s body painting. Overhearing their conversation, Tom is excited to learn that Enzo was following his ideas. Billy then drags his girlfriend into their bedroom to try body painting as well.
