Will Ethan be unfaithful to Berenice?

Since Teissier is away for a week in Spain for a master class, Constance wants to make sure that Berenice really wants to be the brigade leader for the pastry days. The girl says she is and adds that she also wants to prove Cardone wrong. Berenice is also sure that she knows that Carla will be her second and therefore will be there to support her in difficult times.

At the institute, Constance runs into Annabelle and Clotilda in the park, who are talking about Berenice. Cardone actually asked his colleague to come to the atelier during the day to get a second opinion on Berenice. Cardone reminds us that Berenia has to present her creation to the chefs of the institute on Thursday and that the pastry days are coming up soon, so she better get through it all. Clotilde tries to reassure Constance by stressing that she has nothing to gain by capturing Berenice.

Meanwhile, Carla joins Berenica in the workshop to tell her that she agrees to be her second. He also takes the opportunity to coach and mentor to immediately gain the respect of his brigade. Carla promises to help him put an end to the slightest destructive element.

Berenica presents her ideas to her team. Tom and Ethan allow themselves to question them. Carla motioned for him not to let that happen. So Berenia ignores their suggestions in order to maintain her position. At the same time, Cardone arrives to remind them of the Pastry Days stakes.

Later, Cardone discusses Berenier’s case with Zachary in the park. Seeing that Tom is not far away, the chef takes the opportunity to voice his doubts about Berenice, whom he accuses of being in his place by force rather than talent. Cardone adds that he fears that Berenice’s incompetence will rub off on the rest of the brigade, even though he has invited Moreira, a very famous Portuguese chef who is in the process of hiring for a new restaurant, to come see them.

After hearing everything, Tom returns to the workshop where he finds Ethan and Solal. He in turn warns them and states that he is not going to appear before Chief Moreira. Therefore, he is ready to carry out his own initiatives even if Berenica does not like it. Indeed, while cooking, Tom does not respect Berenice’s choice. She notices him and discusses things with him, not realizing that chefs Cardone and Armand are watching her. Clotilda, seeing this done, notes that Berenice seems to be leading the brigade admirably. This annoys Cardon, who observes the young girl and notices her closeness to Carla.

At the end of the day, Annabelle tells Ethan that she brought Chef Moreira especially for him to give him an opinion on his skills and possibly an internship. Ethan then realizes why his mother had planned everything so that he was named leader of the pastry day brigade. Annabelle points out that it’s not too late. His strategy will be to break off Berenice’s relationship with Carla in order to weaken her and give Ethan his job back…

Mehdi replaces Teyssier in his absence

In the studio, Mehdi lets Chef Listrac taste a jasmine tea flavored rice pudding recipe. His feedback is very positive. Mehdi soothes. As he leaves the building, he meets Chef Guinot. Reconciled with his partner Louis, he also noticed that Mehdi looked better in his sneakers. He then offers her to replace Teissier in his classes since the principal is away all week.

Jimmy replies that it’s a recipe he used to eat every week with Thibaut, but he’s not surprised that his father doesn’t know because he wasn’t with them at the time. As for Maya, she admits that she doesn’t really have warm memories of family meals at home because of her past. Leroy then stated that the word “family” should be taken in a broad sense.
