What does Glee look like in real life? America’s Team behind-the-scenes docu-series says you’re going to love it!

This week, the Disney+ platform is unveiling a new docuseries dedicated to the members of the team that caused a sensation across the Atlantic Ocean in 2019 during their participation in the show America’s Got Talent. If the popularity of movies and series like Glee and Pitch Perfect has certainly made more than one young person want to try their hand at this musical endeavor, what is the day-to-day life of such a group of young talents really like?

Far from the drama and other excitement we’ve been able to track down the halls of McKinley High School, the series, titled The Choir, shines a spotlight on Detroit’s youth choir choristers and their earnest director, Anthony White. Under his supervision, the audience meets children of all backgrounds and different profiles.

Some dream of joining institutions specializing in the performing arts, hoping to one day perform on Broadway, while others take this opportunity to learn more about themselves and develop a certain amount of skills.
