Former BBB Antonio Rafaski has spoken out on social media after being accused of rape by model Janaina Ana da Silva. He defended himself in his Stories and denied that the story told by Janaina was true.

Mrs. Janaina Silva, through her social networks, claims to have suffered sexual abuse on 02.12.2022. Well yes, I was with her, not only the 2, but also 3rd, 4th, until 12/15, when I accompanied her to the airport for her trip to Mexico,” he began.

Model Janaína Ana da Silva reported on Monday (29/1) that she was sexually abused by former BBB Antonio Rafaski. On Instagram the influencer exposed the details of the crime and begged for protective measures.
In the publication, Janaína said that she met Antonio through a former friend, on December 2, 2022, when she stayed with her ex-brother and was then taken to a room. The model stated that she did not want to have sex, but her clothes had been torn. In the text she describes explicit scenes of how she was sexually assaulted. After the episode, Antonio continued to send her messages and, according to Janaína, even began to threaten her when she saw that she was willing to report him. In her post, the model explains that she did not pursue the complaint because she needed “time to understand what had happened, with psychological help and courage”. However, she later filed a criminal complaint and nothing happened.
The model also contacted the Santa Catarina Civil Police, the Santa Catarina Public Ministry and the Sao Paulo Civil Police to try to obtain a measure of protection against the former “BBB 17” participant, saying she feared for her physical integrity.
