The wonders: knowing (or remembering) who is who
Before releasing the film in theaters, Marvel Studios released a characteristic – those trailers focusing on one or more characters – of The wonders. The video helps you understand (or remember) who’s who in the new Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie.
OR characteristic focuses on the three main characters of The wonders: Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) and Kamala Khan/Ms. Wonder (Iman Vellani). In just over two minutes you can get a feel for where they came from and where they’re going in the new MCU movie.

A Captain Marvel she appeared in her film of the same name, released in 2019, which also shows Monica Rambeau as a child: she is the daughter of Maria Rambeau (Lasanha Lynch), Carol’s best friend in the film. The appearance of adult Monica took place WandaVisiona miniseries released in 2021. Finally, Kamala arrived, in the miniseries Ms. Marvelfrom 2022. You can watch all these titles on Disney+ (in the case of Captain Marvelyou can also check out the IMAX version).
The film is directed by Nia DaCosta, who directed The Legend of Candyman AND Pushing the limits. The cast, in addition to the three actresses already mentioned, also includes Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Ben Mendelsohn (Talos) and Park Ser-joon (Yan D’ Aladna). Due to Fury’s return to the big screen, it’s nice to know what happened next.
