Artists star in the new film in the franchise, A Quiet Place: Day One, which also features the return of Djimon Hounsou, from the second film

O EntertainmentWeekly released, this Wednesday (7), the first images of A Quiet Place: Day One, prequel in A Quiet Placea 2018 feature film scripted, produced, directed and co-starring John Krasinski (The Office).

In one of the previews, we see Lupita Nyong’o (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever), protagonist of the new story, who appears frightened alongside Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things), another new feature in A Quiet Place. In another record, we have the return of Djimon Hounsouwho returns to play the character introduced in A Quiet Place: Part IIfrom 2020. Check it out:

Set before the events of A Quiet Place It is A Quiet Place: Part II, A Quiet Place: Day One takes the focus away from family history Abbott and accompanies Sam (Lupita Nyong’o) who is on a trip to New York and ends up surprised by the alien invasion.

Amidst the chaos, she finds Eric (Joseph Quinn, Stranger Things) and they agree to try and navigate one of the noisiest cities in the world while trying to survive the sound-sensitive creatures.

Scheduled to debut in theaters in June, A Quiet Place: Day Oneis directed by Michael Sarnoski (PIG: Revenge) from the script Scott Beck (A Quiet Place) It is Jeff Nichols (Loving: A Love Story), based on an original idea John Krasinksi.
