Tonight on TF1+: The most prolific comedy duo of the 80s deliver slapstick with good humor

Lovers of good jokes, family fights and fights, this movie is for you! The new TF1+ platform is currently hosting the comedy Even and Odd, hosted by the shock duo Terence Hill and Bud Spencer!

The Mafia controls illegal gambling in Florida. US Marine Johnny Firpo is tasked with infiltrating the gang and ending their activities. He is encouraged to join forces with a former certified gambler who is now a truck driver: Charlie.

Lutsi and Odi follow the usual recipe of their films: the former comes to seek help from the latter, who does not hold him dearly. They’ll have to tame themselves, then face off against the local spawn and his small band of raiders, picking up a few Gnons along the way. They don’t keep the money of the mobsters for themselves, but they finance the local organization, generally good works.

Even and Odd allows the duo to perform a car race, an element that’s a little rare in their filmography, but fans have already seen the spotlight released four years earlier, We’re Gonna Be Angry. It’s also their first collaboration with director Sergio Corbucci, who has already shot alone with Terence Hill, and the duo will reunite for Hello Friend, Goodbye Treasure! (nineteen eighty one).

The film was a huge success at the box office, especially in France, where it approached – and very narrowly – two million!
