The artist performs in the Dodô circuit (Barra-Ondina) on the 5th day of the Bahia celebrations
For the second time at the Salvador carnival, the singer and actor Xamã made the popcorn vibrate with Bloco do Malvadão this Monday 12th, in the Dodô circuit (Barra-Ondina).
“Last year we were very excited to have our first contact with the carnival. And it was a success. Then this year we prepared even more,” he revealed.
The block will feature artists such as Duda Beat, Major RD and Tertuliana Lustosa, from the band A Travestis.
“They are the people I have the most connection with, not just musically, but they are people who have been with me for a long time.”
The carnival isn’t over yet, but Xamã has already teased plans for next year: “We want to enjoy it a little more. Do things a little earlier and enjoy the other blocks too.”
With a program full of shows and recordings of the soap opera Renascer, the artist also paraded in the Grande Rio on Sunday 10th, in Rio de Janeiro. You spoke about the thrill of being in Sapucaí representing the school you love.
“Those who were able to watch the parade saw a little bit of what we were doing. I think this year we will become champions. I have this anxiety, this feeling,” he said.
