The series slows down in its third year and is based on good characters.
Umbrella Academy 3 has arrived on the Netflix platform with all possible hype. With a very well structured fan base, the series, inspired by the comics of Gabriel Bá and Gerard Way, brought to the screen the complexity of each character, their peculiarities and the challenges that the special children of the Hargreeves family would have to face with the their powers.

Ergasm is the pinnacle and best episode of “The Boys”
After two successful seasons, the third season arrives, focusing on the best of the formula, but not as enthusiastic as the others. Relying on good characters isn’t always enough to captivate the audience, as you need to deliver good stories and good threats in this case. However, in this third year of Umbrella, what saves are the small conflicts in parallel and the individual challenges of the characters. The core and the great threat itself, does not come with the strength as before, as does the script, which is more lazy.
Tired at several points, one of the best points of the series and one worth mentioning, is the way the series has dealt with Elliot Page. Now, like Viktor Hargreeves, transsexuality has been handled in an intelligent, kind and inclusive way.
As in the other seasons, there is a big battle in the last episode of the series, but the big conflicts, which started earlier, are treated in a superficial way, which ends up disappointing.
The third season is now available on Netflix.
