The building has extensive infrastructure and a complete recreation area. In the common areas, the building has a gym, sports court, children’s space, party room, games room, sauna, cinema and swimming pool.

In addition to the 19 floors dedicated to residential units, the building is spread over four other floors, occupied by the ground floor and garages, for a total of 23 floors.
